The recording of Jolly LLB 2 movie was proclaimed on 18 July 2016. This period was allotted to Saurabh Shukla. The following sequence of the Jolly LLB 2 movie was allotted to Akshay Kumar and Huma Qureshi on 15 August 2016. It was a 25-day schedule which was finalized to be shot in Lucknow. The sequence then got shot in Chattar Manzil in Lucknow itself. The latter part then arrived in Varanasi, and finally, it was a pack up in Kashmir.  It is spread in media that Akshay Kumar completed his whole part within 30 days.
