The festival has not been limited to the Hindu people instead it has become popular in various other Asian countries also. People all over celebrate the festival of Holi with love and zest. They go to the market to buy colors.

On the first day of Holi people gather to do rituals with the bonfire and they say prayers and wish for the wellness and prosperity of the family. They pray that their negativities get finished with the flame of the fire. The next day is the day for which children wait for many days with eagerness. The children buy balloons and different colors from the market and as theDhuledni or Rangwali Holi day come they take out their balloons and run to their friends with the colors. They play with colors, throw colored water on each other and laugh at each other. It is fun to see People running after each other and throwing colors on each other Almost everyone has his/her faces colored with different colors and many of them look very funny at times. Children take blessings of their elder ones and the elders bless them with long lives and prosperity.

 The festival will remain incomplete if we don't talk about FOOD. People make special dishes on the occasion of the Hoi festival. The most favorite dish of all is Pakode with chutney. The females of the house prepare Pakode of Onion, Paneer, and Potato. After playing with colored water hey love to have the crunchyPakode and enjoy them with the green or red chutney. People also love to eat Gujiyas and share Gujiyas amongst each other. Holi foods are the center of attraction. People love to eat Holi snacks and different Holi dishes.
